Dr. Michael Albert
Dr. Albert is a board-certified Internal Medicine specialist and a leading expert in Obesity Medicine. He founded Cedars-Sinai's Medical Weight Loss Program and co-hosts the Impossible Healthcare podcast. A prominent educator on obesity and healthy weight loss, Dr. Albert obtained his MD from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
Andrew Olanow
CEO
A seasoned healthcare entrepreneur and investor, Andrew co-founded and led Sollis Health and has over a decade of healthcare investment experience at Generation IM, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch. He's an advocate for industry improvements, advising many health systems on enhanced delivery models. Andrew holds an MBA from LBS and a BA from Columbia.

Tina brings over 20 years of clinical operations experience, with leadership roles at Planned Parenthood, Phosphorous (a genomic startup), and prestigious healthcare institutions like Columbia University and Johns Hopkins. Tina holds a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University.

Stephanie Garcia
Stephanie is certified in Obesity in Adults and Pediatrics, with an expertise in evidence-based bariatric and clinical nutrition and weight management. As Head Bariatric Dietitian at Cedars-Sinai Hospital, she worked in ICU settings across Southern California, where she specialized in complex conditions. Stephanie holds both a BS and MS in Nutritional Science.
Lora Baker
VP of Technology
Lora has over 20 years of experience delivering value-based technology solutions across the healthcare ecosystem. She has held executive leadership roles in product / technology at Sollis Health, Everlywell, Bamboo Health (formerly Appriss), and NextGen. Her background includes creating highly interoperable digital ecosystems, e-commerce, and consumer mobile applications for national healthcare organizations.
Shelly Russell
Director, Medical Partnerships
Shelly has over 20 years experience leading business development, marketing & sales teams in bariatrics, gastroenterology and obesity care. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Society of Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) TREO foundation and was previously Chair of the ASMBS Corporate Council. Shelly holds a BA from Western Michigan University.
Laure DeMattia
Medical Director, Obesity
Dr. DeMattia is a board-certified Obesity Medicine physician with decades of experience in bariatric surgery programs, having recently served as Medical Director of Obesity Medicine at the Journey Clinic in OK. She utilized evidence-based care with a compassionate, patient-centered approach, focused on the root causes of weight gain and supporting long-term success. Dr. DeMattia received her medical degree from Midwestern University.

In management roles and advisory board positions, he's authored 190+ CPT codes, contributes to multiple CMS committees, and chairs United Health's gastroenterology scientific advisory board.

Dr. Morton is Professor in the Department of Surgery at Yale, Vice-Chair for Quality, Service Line Director for Digestive Health, Division Chief for Bariatric & Minimally Invasive Surgery and Medical Director for Surgical Quality & Bariatric Services in the Yale Health System. He is board-certified in Surgery and Obesity Medicine, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and American Gastroenterological Association. Dr. Morton was elected President of the American Society of Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery and received the ASMBS Foundation Award for Outstanding Achievement.

Vijay has helped to build and scale multiple healthcare and technology businesses, serving as a trusted advisor to the founders and executive teams with whom he partners.
